課程概述

本課程著重於發展婦兒暨心理衛生進階護理師的角色,學習以家庭為核心,運用護理過程照護個案及其家人面對身體、心理、病理變化的反應或症狀,協助學生認識相關概念,例如家庭理論、身體心像、知覺、認知、情緒、轉換等。應用實證護理邏輯思維模式,考量社會文化對個案健康的影響,探討個案於生命發展周期中面臨健康照護相關議題,加強學生專科性照護能力並提供人性化精緻的照護,使之具備進階護理師的能力。 

課程目標
學生修完此課程後,能夠達成下列目標:
1.瞭解個案在面對健康照護問題時的經驗及行為模式。
2.認識個案於生命發展周期中所面臨之健康照護相關議題。
3.認識與瞭解個案照護情境中,所運用之家庭理論、身體心像、知覺、認知、情緒、轉換等相關概念。
4.連結理論概念與臨床現象,以印證個案於發展過程期間所出現之現象。
5.綜合個案與家庭護理問題之現象,提出個人的論點或假設。
6.認識進階護理師之發展現況、未來展望與可能扮演之角色及功能。
 
課程要求
以講授、討論為主。課程進行除由老師講授外,每位同學需負責主導兩次課堂主題的大綱、重點報告,並帶領討論。每位同學於每堂課進行之前均需閱讀指定的文獻。
